Top Ten Tuesday: Top Ten Book Endings That Left Me With My Mouth Hanging Open

I usually write my blog in Norwegian, but since Top Ten Tuesday is to be found in the blog The Broke And The Bookish  – why not try to write my Top Ten Tuesday posts in English? This week’s topic is «Top Ten Book Endings That Left Me With My Mouth Hanging Open». These are my books – only six of them:

*Chelsea Cain’s «The Night Season», which left me with a screaming question: «WHERE IS SHE???»

*Tatiana de Rosnay’s «Sarah’s Key» – I was a bit disappointed with the parts about Julia. But a good read, though.

*Jo Nesbø’s «Gjenferd». The last book in the Harry Hole series – not translated to English yet (will the English title be «The Phantom»…??). It was realeased in Norway in June 2011. Cliffhanger? Yes, indeed! Well – all of Nesbø’s books could have been on this list…

*Hilary Mantel’s «Wolf Hall». WOW! What a fantastic, wonderful book!

*Markus Zusak’s «The Book Thief». Also one of those books that I want to read again and again…

*Stieg Larsson’s «The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo» – all of Stieg Larsson’s Millennium books could have been on this list, actually.

  5. I should have put Girl with the Dragon Tattoo on my list! I forgot all about that book’s ending.
